Danelle grew up in Central California where she met her now husband of 30 years in a fruit packing shed. This is where her strong work ethic began. She moved on to Northern California and then settled in Orange County where she and her husband raised their two boys. Danelle’s attention to detail, perseverance and love for challenge and helping others flourished during her 25 year career at PIMCO, as Trading Floor Manager and Vice President at the Newport Beach based investment company. Oscar was born and raised in the city of Austin, Texas. Traveling nonstop around the city for soccer games and business meetings with his family he knows the area very well. He soon went off to college to punt for Mike Leach in the PAC12 at Washington State University where he broke school records, earned two degrees (one in Marketing and the other in Management) and being named All-Pac12 team three years in a row. Soon after he was fortunate enough to take his talents to the NFL.

Tracy grew up in Dallas, Texas and spent some time in the Midwest before moving to Austin in 2011. She graduated from St. Edward’s University with her Masters in Business Development and began her career in property management. Tracy’s work experience coupled with her educational background has laid a solid foundation for her transition into real estate. Tracy lives with her husband and son in Dripping Springs, with their two dogs. She enjoys cooking, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the Texas Hill Country. Tracy enjoys working with clients who are new to Austin, families transitioning, first time homebuyers, and real estate veterans.
