Gary Dolch

Born and raised in San Antonio, Gary Dolch is among a handful of Real Estate professionals with a personal record of private, residential sales totaling over $150 million dollars. His approachable manner and relaxed style belie unrivaled negotiating skills and a quiet confidence that can only be earned by having produced outstanding results for his clients. It is always a measure of a Real Estate Broker's good service when a client returns to be represented for a second time. However, it is a true testament to a life and career devoted to the highest possible caliber of service when clients return, as they have to Gary, for the 5th, 6th and even 7th time, seeking to benefit, yet again, from his excellent professional guidance. Gary's wife and business partner, Michelle shares his love for traveling, and making time for good friends, great food and their dogs, Molly and Mocha. It is this ingrained sense of family, duty and well-placed loyalty which Gary's clients can tell inspires his genuine concern for their success. And, with the family of Sotheby's International Realty behind them, Gary's clients can continue to aim high. Gary currently serves on the 2012 Austin Boards Grievance Committee. As President Gary is responsible for identifying opportunities in the real estate market, actively co-managing a multi-million dollar listing portfolio and assists clients who look to purchase real estate in Central Texas. Gary has been a Realtor since 2001 specializing in luxury, waterfront and Farm & Ranch properties and is experienced in working with developers and local builders to help bring quality projects to Austin and surrounding areas. Gary proudly has achieved $150+ Million in closed transactions to date, and has recently been awarded top 5% Realtor in Texas status by Texas Monthly Magazine, earned Top Producer at Sotheby’s International Realty for 2009, 2010 & 2011 company-wide and most recently was awarded 2012 Austin Business Journal's #9 ranking out of over 14,857 agents. Michelle has 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and a vast knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Austin, TX with a reputation for providing quality real estate service based on integrity, knowledge and professionalism. Michelle has recently been awarded top 5% Realtor in Texas status by Texas Monthly Magazine and earned Top Producer at Sotheby’s International Realty for 2009, 2010 & 2011 and recently named Top 10 by Austin Business Journal for 2012. Prior to her real estate career, Michelle has 15 years experience of corporate level food and beverage management and personally owned two restaurants. Education:

Experience: Tye Truitt is a licensed Realtor and accomplished photographer and joined the group in 2012. Tye is an entrepreneur at heart, having started a real estate photography and marketing company after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Radio-Television-Film. Tye adds a special dynamic to the team that instantly transforms the groups ability to market real estate effectively to a broad audience in a robust and interesting way. Tye also compliments the team with his ability to closely work with clients looking to buy luxury real estate in central Texas.
